Our sales people have feet on the street. We do weekly store visits at retail establishments to bring your products to them in person. We have long-standing relationships with store owners, managers, and buyers. They understand that when we come into their stores we have nothing but great quality products. As our valued vendor, we provide you with a list of stores we have visited on your behalf. This will include the point of contact and the results of each visit. This is our way of providing you with our progress and results.
When we secure points of distribution for you, we offer full service demonstrations at the new stores to introduce your product(s) to the staff and clientele.
We take pride in being familiar with the products we represent. If there is a new flavor, SKU or marketing offer that needs to get out to the public, you can count on Brothers to promote that for you. We are here to do the leg work and engage with the public as your spokesperson.

Starting with an understanding of your target market, we work in Tandem with you to support your product. We are happy to oversee in-store sales promotions by checking shelf stock, attaching signage and/or coupons, verifying product pricing and rotating/front-facing product for visibility. If the store is running low on inventory, we work with the category buyer to place a re-stock order while we are there. All of this is reported back to you with photos of product placement so that you are in the loop via a reporting app that we upload in real-time.

Rain or shine, we come through when you are in need of representation at a convention or trade show. We also go out to local food fairs and independent store celebrations.
